We are looking for energetic, driven sales professionals across different countries and cities to prospect, pitch, and onboard local businesses (restaurants, coffee shops, retail, salons) onto UtilPoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit local businesses in your area with high loyalty customer potential.
  • Pitch the UtilPoints platform and showcase live digital stamp card demos.
  • Onboard new merchants and guide them through their first loyalty program launch.
  • Provide initial follow-up to ensure merchant success and ongoing retention on the platform.

Requirements & Profile

  • Passion for B2B sales, face-to-face communication, and persuasive pitching.
  • Self-starter mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and disciplined time management.
  • Mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with internet access for on-the-spot demos.
  • Strong familiarity with the local business landscape in your city or region.

Lead UtilPoints expansion across your country or region by recruiting, mentoring, and coordinating your own team of associate sales reps. Drive growth in new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, motivate, and train a team of associate sales representatives across multiple locations.
  • Set local sales targets and organize effective B2B merchant prospecting campaigns.
  • Assist team members with key merchant closes, objection handling, and best practices.
  • Track regional acquisition metrics and collaborate directly with UtilPoints leadership.

Requirements & Profile

  • Proven background in sales leadership, direct sales, SaaS/intangible sales, or business networks.
  • Strong mentoring, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic commercial mindset and hunger to pioneer new territories and cities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM, and remote team management.
